Home Screen

1. Once logged in with your new password, you will see the following Home Screen.

2. A Menu bar along the top enables you to access the various Modules.  The Menu Options available depend on your level of access.

3. Click on My Info Tab, along the top right:

 

The following screen with your login details will appear.

 

4. In the Details tab, you can change your password at any time:

a. Password - enter a password of your choice.  The password has to follow the same format as described previously: 8 characters minimum and must contain 3 of the following – (1) Lower case (2) Upper case (3) Numbers (4) Special characters. Retype password to confirm your new password. 

b. Click on Save to save changes.

5. Click on the Events tab. This is a categorical listing of events that take place in CarrierNet.  You can subscribe or unsubscribe to them using the Active column. 

6. Click in required box(es) against event followed by clicking on Save button to make changes.
