Quick guide

  1. Download the version
    1. Un-Zip the file to a local folder, open the app from that folder and start using it.
  2. Run CarrierNet executable from the folder
  3. You will see the following started up page.
  4. Before you enter the user name and password please click on the setting page and make sure you are pointing to the correct servers 
  5. Setting for live servers
    1. Service URL : http://webservice.carriernet.co.uk:8081
    2. Web URL: https://login1.carriernet.co.uk
  6. Click on the save button and exit the window
  7. In the login page, first field will be licence name. If you don't have have this information, please contact your system admin
  8. Other two fields are user name and password. Enter these details and click on login.
  9. If all the above details are entered correctly you will see a screen like this 
  10. That's all you need to get started

To import a file

  1. To import a file, click on the order import option on the right hand side 
  2. It provides the option to select the file to import. This screen will also show any import you have done before
  3. If any errors in importing the orders, this screen will show the errors. Once you have corrected them, you have to just upload them again
  4. Orders tab next to interface shows the orders that are imported successfully into CarrierNet and provided ability to track and trace
Automatic printing
  1. By default system will print the labels on successful import. You can disable this option in the setting screen 
  2. Change the setting 
  3. Click Save

Automatic Import

  1. System provides the option to import orders automatically
  2. You can set the application to point to a particular location and any file put in this location will be imported without user intervention
  3. To set the folder path, click on the setting and change the folder path
